Printing & Processing:
1. Delivery Timeline
Completion time: 10 to 14 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays for regular retail orders. For Bulk orders it may exceed up to 4 weeks as per the order specifications This is a general overview, it may vary according to any circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
- Complete payments have to be made in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable once the process starts.
3. Content Liability Disclaimer
Abu Musa Company operates strictly as a third-party printing service provider.
- The entire responsibility of the content lies with the client.
- Abu Musa Company does not print pirated or knowingly objectionable content.
- The client confirms the content is original, authorized, and lawful.
- The client shall indemnify and hold harmless Abu Musa Company against any legal, criminal, or reputational consequences arising from the printed material.
- Abu Musa Company is not liable if the book becomes controversial, banned, or faces public/legal backlash.
4. Branding
- In hardback books Abu Musa Company’s logo and contact details will be printed on the end pages of each book copy, as part of our standard practice.
- In case of paperback, a separate branding page is inserted at the end of the book.
5. Processing
- Processed Files: Any design, formatting, layout, or processed files created or modified by Abu Musa Company during the production process remain the property of the company and will not be shared with the client. However, the original/raw files provided by the client can be returned upon request.
- Production Materials: All production materials prepared for printing including but not limited to printing plates, printing blocks, screens, dies, cylinders, or any other production tools or materials created for the order, remain the sole property of Abu Musa Company and will not be handed over to the client after completion of the job.
- Additional Production Copies: In press printing, due to the nature of the printing process, a small number of extra copies may be produced. Any such copies will be considered part of the final production and will be charged to the client at the same agreed unit price as the original order.
By confirming the order and making the advance payment, the client fully accepts the terms and conditions mentioned above.
